To create this shell, our team went to Smith Rock, a rock climbing playground in Central Oregon, to connect with the environment and learn how it can inform our gear and how we use it. Find the River This shell takes its name from Misery Ridge, the centrepiece of the magnificent Smith Rock State Park. It's a climbing and hiking favourite, surrounded on 3 sides by the Crooked River. An internal tag features an image of the rock, with details about the surrounding region. Stay Dry Nike Storm-FIT ADV technology combines together windproof and waterproof fabric with advanced engineering and features to help keep you comfortable in harsh weather conditions. Lightweight woven materials are made from recycled fibres and a GORE-TEX membrane. The GORE-TEX membrane is a waterproof, microporous material that helps keep you dry.
